 Oh Language             ANOTHER FACET-3

Quotes-3   John Milton

THIS POSTING IS 170 t st  EVER SINCE I BEGAN THE BLOG.

Dear viewers,

So far, “Quotes” have been sustaining a reasonable viewership and been able to elicit some response too. I know, our viewers can never be taken for granted, as they may anytime choose to slip into hibernation on varied grounds /pretexts. Obviously, I am guarded enough not to suffer any illusion. ‘Innocence’ refers to plain unbiased mind that accepts things; once a person recognizes ‘betrayal’ the person loses faith and never regains innocence. Once the person watches darkness [betrayal] [s]he never forgets it [remains a caution in mind].

Contemplation is wisdom's best nurse.

Deep quiet thought helps us to shape and strengthen our wisdom, much as a nurse gives the best care in helping a patient’s recovery.

Anarchy is the sure consequence of tyranny; for no power that is not limited by laws can ever be protected by them.

Unrestricted power can destabilize the power itself. With limitless power, persons tend to lose sight of ‘right’ and ‘wrong, leading to anarchy. With no law in place, no law can protect such wrong doers.
