LEARNER ETHICS-5

 LEARNER ETHICS-5

[A silent process of shaping- 4]

Teaching effort, if adopted as a way of life, would prove itself to be the best tool in trimming young minds towards the right modes of functioning.

Yes, learners convinced of a teacher’s ability to take possession of minds lend themselves to be ‘shaped’ in a way that the teacher deems fit.   This state of a learner mind summarizes the act of willful submission by the latter.

It is simply a natural process of getting attracted by ‘the best’. Any product or process achieves recognition for its real utility in life situations. If so, teaching cannot be any different, since a consumer alone fixes the relevance/ utility.

The ‘product’ we speak about is the outcome from listening to a teacher. If a person-  hour after hour, year after year, systematically performs to perfection as a teacher,   a huge fan following emerges from among the earlier learners reluctant to apply their mind to the process of learning.  What brought about a shift in preference over a time?  Simply it is by familiarity to a systematic approach that was once little known.

Having systematically gone through the process of formulating an opinion to effectively describe a theme or idea, young minds settle for the most effective way of acquiring the skill of articulation.

Ultimately, in a teacher-learner association achieving mental proximity through purposeful interaction holds the key to the process of ‘mind-winning’ approach.

Minds –so won would cling on to each other through an emotional bondage totally devoid of ego or tags of supremacy.

So, without conscious effort, teachers can effectively bring about change in learner minds to cultivate better approaches of learning by regular observation – a step vital to the process of equipping self.

To continue ……
