The
selection committee duly constituted under section 18 A of Defence ministry
scholarships for POST GRADUATE EDUCATION IN TRADITIONAL ART under the guidance
and control of the said ministry, places on record its appreciation and support
to your higher education in xxxxx university ,Tiruchirapalli,Tamil Nadu,
subject to your willingness to execute an indemnity bond specifying that up on
successful completion of your PG PROGRAMME, you are willing to serve as a
GOVERNMENT OF IINDIA representative* for A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS , in any part
of INDIA. After the lapse of the said period, you may or may not continue with
the said ASSIGNMENT. Should you desire changing your place or Assignment, you
may file a request for relief from the on-going assignment 90 days prior to
your requirement of relief subject to the condition that such a request may be
made only after serving for a period of
1 year and 9 months from the date of joining the said assignment. Such
request must be routed through the chief of the station of your work
place.
