மறுநாள் காலை காத்திருந்து ராமசாமியிடம் சொல்லி form வாங்கிக்கொண்டு போக தயாராக இருந்தார் செல்லத்துரை . 9.20 க்கு ராமசாமி வந்தார் , செல்லத்துரை வணக்கம் சொல்லி form வாங்க வேண்டும் என்றார் செ . து . அவர் 10. மணிக்கு வருவார் கொஞ்சம் பொறுங்க நான் மேல போய் கையெழுத்து போட்டு விட்டு வரேன் என்றார் ராமசாமி . இவ்வாறு சொல்லிவிட்டு 2 படி ஏறும் முன் கேப்ரியல் ராம் சாமி என்று கூப்பிட்டுக்கொண்டே ஓடி வந்தார் கையில் பள்ளிக்கூட form சகிதம் . கீழே இறங்கி கை கூப்பி form பெற்றுக்கொண்டார் ராமசாமி . அல்லா காலம் FILL -UP செஞ்சு , அப்பா அம்மா கை எல் த் து , அவுங்கோ செக்க்ஷன் ஆபீசர் கை எல்த்து , செக்க்ஷன் சாப்பா வாங்கி மே மாசம் 18ம் தேதிக்குள்ளே ஸ்கூல் லே குத்துடுங்கோ ; இல்லாக்காட்டி மே 15 தேதிக்கி என் கிட்டேயே குத்துடுங்கோ நான் எத்துன் போய் வயோலா கைலே குத்துட்றேன் . ரயில்வே ஸ்டாப் கீ சீட் கெடிக்கும் சொல்றா வயோலா/

பையன் போட்டோ , அப்பா அம்மா போட்டோ, அப்பா அம்மா கை எல் த்து , ஆபீஸர் கை எல் த்து, ஆபீஸ் சாப்பா அல்லாம் கம்ப்ளீட் பண்ணிட்டு எத்து ன் வாங்கோ என்று சொன்னார் கேப்ரியல்.

அப்புறம் கைலே 3-4 போட்டோபையன்து வெச்சுக்கோங்கோ,ட்ரெயின் பாஸ்  ID CARD எல்லாத்துக்கும் போட்டோ ஓ ணு ம் ரெடி பண்ணி வெச்சுக்கோங் கோ -GOOD லக் என்றார்.

இது கூடோ வயோலா ரெக்கமண்ட் பண்ணிதான் ரயில்வே போர்டு இம்ப் ளெமென்ட் பண்ணிருக்குது 3 வருசமா என்றார் கேப்ரியல். வயோலா இன்னொரு சுபத்ரா போலிருக்கு என்று ராமசாமி நினைத்துக்கொண்டார். இதை எல்லாம் பேசிவிட்டு வெளியே வரும்போது மாடசாமியும் கஸ்தூரி ரெங்கனு ம் எதிர்ப்பட்டனர். . எங்கிருந்து டா வரீங்க என்றார் ராமசாமி. இப்பதான் டீ சாப்பிட்டுட்டு வரோம் என்றார் மாடசாமி , நைசா எங்கள விட்டுட்டு டீ சாப்பிடுறீங்களா ? இவன் இன்னும் full time  அப்பாய்ண்ட்மென்ட் ஆகல அதுக்குள்ள வேலையை ஆரம்பிச்சுட்டான் பாரு என்று க. ரெ வின் காதைத்திருகினார் ராமசாமி.

அவனை ஏண்டா திட்டறே நான் தாண்டா கூட்டிட்டுப்போனேன் என்று மாடசாமி சொல்லிவிட்டு -சரி டீ வாங்கித்தரவா என்றார் -. வேணாம் நாங்க போய் பாத்துக்கறோம் என்றார் ராமசாமி .சிவந்த காதுடன் ஹி ஹி ஹி என்று சிரித்தான் கஸ்தூரி ரெங்கன்.

டேய் --இவனுக்கு இன்டர்வ்யூ சென்னை ல தான் இருக்கும்; ஆனா      கன்சஷன் டிக்கட் தருவான் தேதி வரட்டும் நீயும் வா போயிட்டு வந்துருவோம் என்றார் மாடசாமி . நான் எங்கடா வரது என்றார் ராமசாமி.

உச்சிப்பிள்ளையார் மாதிரி நீ திருச்சியை விட்டு நகரவே மாட்ட சீச்சீ வா சும்மா போயிட்டு வருவோம், உனக்கு டிக்கட்லா ம் வேணாம் நானே கூட்டிட்டு போறேன் வா ஒரு ஜாலி ட்ரிப் அடிச்சுட்டு ராயர் மெஸ் ல ஜீரா போளி வாங்கி சாப்பிட்டுட்டு  திருவல்லிக்கேணி கோயில் போயிட்டு வருவோம்டா என்று ஊக்கு வித்தார் மாடசாமி .

Soon on nearing completion of the time chosen for ‘developing’, the developer is retrieved to a container or drained off if in diluted state and the stop bath [ Acrtic acid is fed through the tank mouth. Please recall that the deveoper is an alkaline liquid; so neutralizing the alkalinity can make the developer inert . So Acetic acid is used. All inorganic acids can eat away the film , never use any of them for ‘Stop bath’ function.

Between every successive chemical step, it is wiser to use fresh water to rid the film of any chemical medium to avoid contamination of the next solution in line.

THE FINAL [CHEMICAL] STEP = FIXER  [Sodium thiosulphate]

The role of fixer is rather indirect. How, the so-called ‘fixing’ is simply removal of all unused  silver halides [segments unaffected by light] by precipitation as silver thiosulphate and the metallic silver segments stay as image areas on the film. In about 3 minutes a fixer can remove all unused halides but it is better to permit longer interaction to remove all unused halides. Otherwise they can stay on film and get slowly affected by light and spoil the image clarity.

The true final step is thoroughly washing the film in at least 5-7 washes in fresh water by thorough agitation of the tank.

Finally, the film is left to dry in cool shade of the bath room to prevent dust gathering on film.

Fine nuances in handling films for film processing

All amateur tanks are provided with 1 / 2/ 3 ‘take-up’ spirals for keeping the film rolls in one, two or three tiers vertically piled up before the tank is closed by the light-proof lid. Loading of film[s], placing the lid  are done in total darkness , while the film process is carried out in a normally lit area with facility to drain wash water after every step. One has to learn the mechanics of loading the film into the film spiral so as to feed the total 5 feet and 8 inches of 35 mm films or about 3 feet long 120 format films in their spirals. The loading process requires co-ordinated turns of right and left wheels alternately , holding the film at the edges by the thumb on the respective sides . The ‘hold’ by the thumb should be relaxed on the corresponding side where the wheel is turned forward, so that the film climbs through the groove and moves inward free of difficulty in entry. It is advisable to use spoiled film lengths to practice the mechanics of film loading . Upon the completion of loading , the tail most end of the film is cut from the take-up spool so that the spiral, holdimg the film is easily placed in the tank.

Before starting the chemical treatment, it is better to wash the film at least thrice with fresh water held at processing temperature. This ‘pre-wetting’ helps to remove all antihalation dye rom the film and also helps full contact between film and chemicals as the film is aready wet. Dry surfaces suffer from airbubbles clinging on to dry film when unsoaked film comes in contact with chemical solutions.

Always cultivate the habit of keeping the tank tilted at 45^o angle to help the  ‘escape’ of air as the liquid enters through slope on the lower side. If tank is kept vertical, liquids face resistance from air gushing out of the tank.  Always a thermometer [Celsius scale],  watch / clock to note the time for competion of a step and sufficient water for washes are kept near by to avoid any lapse in concentration.

Keep ready 2 clothg clips to suspend films for drying . A clip on the lower end of the film length can keep the film ‘open ‘ without coiling up and help even drying.

FILM PROCESSING

To be honest, the most important step in photography for image quality is ‘film processing’. Often people tend to use the term “Developing” as synonymous with ‘PROCESSING’. But, the truth is, developing is just a part of the process as ‘developing’ alone cannot render a stable image on tha film/ paper. Basic B&W film processing includes three essential steps                      1] developing 2 ] neutralizing [stop bath]and 3] fixing.

Each step renders the film fit for the next stage in film processing.

PRINCIPLE: A photo image  is created by “play of light’ on a film /paper. The image so formed arises from the light reflected off an object. Such reflected light rays are trapped by light sensitive silverhalides distributed as fine coat over a base transparent [film] or opaque [ paper].  These ‘halides’ are quite sensitive to light and they trap the light reflected on to them from the object. The trapped light is ‘arrested’ on the sensitive surface as LATENT IMAGE[ NOT VISIBLE TO THE EYE]. It is ‘film processing’ that confers visibility on to the latent matter. In other words , the invisible image turns visible when the light affected silver halides are converted to metallic silver through ‘developing’ step of the film processing. Chemists call this conversion as  ‘reduction’. SILVER HALIDES TURN METALLIC SILVER UPON REDUCTION and so the developer chemical is a reducing agent. Since every reduction involves oxidation , the chemical gets oxidized after each use   and so has a limited life.

THE DEVELOPER [THE DEVELOPING AGENT]

Developing should be carried to a limit so that the metallic silver formed is proportional to the extent of ‘exposure’ received on the film or paper. This means a degree of control must be kept over the speed of the reaction by a developer. Such control is provided by Sodium bromide as it binds the reducing agent and in effect the developer acts on light affected silver halides proportionate to the extent of ‘exposure’ received by such silver halides.

That the developing agent gets oxidized as it reduces the light affected halides to metallic silver, places a demand on the developing agent to stand protected against oxygen [aerial oxidation].So an agent to rapidly quench oxygen in the medium is used [Sodium sulphite]. But then the activity of developer requires alkaline pH; Borax[ Sodium borate [mild] Sodium carbonate [more alkaline]orSodium hydroxide / Potassium hydroxide [strong alkali] is employed

With these adjuvants,  the film developer is actually a team in which the function of converting halide to metal is done by a twin action provided by METOL [Mono-methyl-p-aminophenol sulphate] an QUINOL  [Hydroquinone] Sometimes in place of Metol , PHENIDONE [1-Phenyl, 3-pyrazolidinone] is used . Accordingly, developers are either MQ or PQ by constitution.

Thus , a developer has a] Developing agents, b] Preservative  [Anti-oxidizer], c] Alkali, d] Restrainer as a functional team in a liquid [Distilled Water].

To stop developer actionsoon after the time limit,  a mild acidic bath 2-3%|Acetic acid ] is used as STOP BATH and ultimately to render the  image permanent  FIXER [Sodium thiosulphate [Hypo]] isused and is repeatedly used for several batches .

மாலை வீடு திரும்பிய மாடசாமி , அக்கா அன்னக்கி ஒரு பையன ட்ரெய்ன்ல மெட்றாஸுக்கு கூட்டிட்டு போய் வந்தேன் ல அந்தப்பையன் சூப்பரா பாஸ் பண்ணிருக்கான் எனக்கு ரொம்ப பெருமையா இருக்கு அக்கா என்றார் மாடசாமி. அவன் யாருப்பா என்றாள் அக்கா . அவன் நம்ப ராமசாமிக்கு வேண்டியவன் அதுனாலதான் கூட்டிட்டு போறயா னு ராமசாமியே கேட்டான் , சரினு கூட்டிட்டுப்போய் முடிஞ்ச வரைக்கும் உதவி செஞ்சேன் , பையன் நம்ப முயற்சிக்கு பெருமை செஞ்சுட்டான் அக்கா என்று மகிழ்ந்தார் மாடசாமி .

சண்டே வருவதாக மாடசாமி ராமசாமியிடம் பேசி இருந்தார் . க ரெ ஏற்கனவே வருவதாக சொல்லி இருந்தன். ஏய் இன்னிக்கு பிரண்ட்ஸ் வருவா  என்ன சாப்பாடு என்று ராமசாமி கேட்க ,

SO , கதம்ப சாதம், அ அடிசல் , வத்தல் மற்றும் தத்யோ அன்னம் + half a  dozen ஊறுகாய்ஸ் to  choose from அண்ட் யு ஹவ் எனிதிங் டு say என்று வம்பிழுத்தாள் .  Nothing போறும் உன் அலட்டல் என்றார் ராமசாமி . you have no sense of humour என்று ஒரு பார்வை பார்த்தாள் . ராமசாமிக்கு சிரிப்பும் கோபமும் ஏக காலத்தில் தோன்றியது.. அப்போது ஒரு போன் சுபத்ரா விடம் இருந்து . சார் இன்னிக்கு உங்கள வந்து பாக்கறேன் சார் நன் எங்கேயுமே போகாம ஒரே போர் சார், உங்க வீட்டுல சாப்பிட வரவா என்றாள் சுபத்திரா. தாராளமா வா என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு வீட்டிற்குள் திரும்பி  - ஏய் ஒன் more guest -சுபத்ரா  என்றார் ரா சா .  OK -Fine என்றாள் அம்புஜம்

சண்டே காலை 8 மணிக்கு கஸ்தூரிரெங்கன் ஆஜர் மாமியை [அம்புஜம்] சேவித்தான் நன்னா இருடா கொழந்தே என்றாள் . ராமசாமி கொழந்தே என்று அழகு காட்டி சிரித்தார். 9 மணிக்கு மாடசாமி மருமாள் கௌரி கல்யாணி உடன் வந்து ஒரு பை  நிறைய பழங்களுடன் நுழைந்தார் . மேடத்தை கும்புட்டுக்க என்றார் மாடசாமி , மாமி எனக்கு நல்வாழ்த்து சொல்லுங்க என்று பழங்களை அம்புஜத்திடம் தந்தாள் . ஆசீர்வாதம் பண் ரேன் ஆனா மாமின்னு சொல்லாத மேடம் னு சொல்லு போறும் என்றாள் . ராமசாமி வாயை மூடிக்கொண்டு குக்குக்குகுக்குக் என்று சிரித்தார். [குருவாயூரில் லேசர் வித்யா இதே போல் கிட்டத்தட்ட வாங்கிக்கட்டிக்கொண்டது நினைவிற்கு வருகிறதா? ]

கௌரி அவர்கள் முறைப்படி ஒரு முறை நமஸ்கரித்தாள் . நன்னா இருடிம்மா நன்னா படிச்சு பெரிய உத்யோகத்துக்குப்போய் நல்ல இடத்துல கல்யாணம் பண்ணிண்டு சௌக்கியமா இருடிம்மா என்றாள் . முதல்ல படிப்பு நல்லா வரட்டும்னு சொல்லுங்க மேடம் என்றாள் . முதல் வார்த்தையே அதான் சொன்னேன் என்றாள் அம்புஜம். வாசலில் ஸ்கூட்டர் சப்தம் கௌரி எட்டிப்பார்த்து ஒரு அம்மா வராங்க என்றாள் . ராமசாமி அம்மா வா  அவங்க உங்க HOD சுபத்ரா மேடம் என்றார். மாடசாமி சற்று அதிர்ந்தார்.. சுபத்ரா வந்ததும் மாடசாமி கை  கூப்பி  வணக்கம்  தெரிவித்து இவங்க தான் யூனிவர்சிட்டி ப்ரொபசர் என்று கௌரிக்கு அறிமுகம் செய்தார். கௌரி வணக்கம் சொல்லி நமஸ்கரித்தாள். ஓ நீ தானா என்று  கை குலுக்கினாள் சுபத்ரா.. நல்ல இருக்கீங்களா சார் என்று மாடசாமியை சுபத்திரா கேட்டாள் . இருக்கேன் மேடம் என்றார் மா சா . சும்மா பிரீ யா பேசுங்க சார் பிரண்ட்ஸ் னா ஜாலியா அரட்டை அடிக்கணும்னு  பேச்சை துவக்கினாள் . நம்ப ராமசாமி சாரைப்பாருங்க தூள் கிளம்புவார் அது தான் சார் நல்ல friendship என்றாள் சுபத்ரா

இவன் என் க்ளாஸ்மேட் பழகிட்டா பொளந்து கட்டுவான் அது வரைக்கும் அவன் மீசைக்கு சம்பந்தமே இல்லாம நடந்துப்பான் என்றார் ராமசாமி. உள்ளே வரலாமா என்று கிச்சன் உள்ளே சுபி எட்டிப்பார்க்க NO  ENTRY   FOR NOW என்றாள்  அம்புஜம் , மேடம் இப்பதான் லண்டன் லிருந்து வந்திருக்காங்க என்று ரா சா கிண்டல் அடிக்க அம்புஜம் விழியை உருட்டினாள் .

இப்படி கலையின் அம்சமாக சுபி , சமையல் கலையின் தலைவியாக அம்புஜம் மற்றும் கலை பயிலும் இளம் பெண்ணாக கௌரி என மூன்று வேணிகள் ஓரிடத்தில் சங்கமிக்க  நடுக்கூடத்தில் திரிவேணி சங்கமம் நிகழ்ந்து ரம்மியமாக இருந்தது  சிறிது நேரத்தில் கம கம சாப்பாடு தயார். கூடத்தில் 5 வாழை இலைகளை வரிசையாக இட்டான் க. ரெ . கீழ உட்காரலாம் இல்லையா என்றார் ராமசாமி. ஓ என்றனர் கோரஸாக . மேடமும் உக்கரலாமே என்றார் மாடசாமி . அதை இங்கிலீஷிலே சொன்னா தான் உக்காருவாங்க என்று ராமசாமி கிண்டல் செய்தார். 6 வது இலையை கஸ்தூரி ரெங்கன் கொண்டு வந்தான். தம்பி வட்டமா இலைகளை போடுங்க என்றார் மா சா . 3 லேடீஸ்  ஒரு பாதி ல உக்கரட்டும் நம்ப ஆப்போசிட் சைடுல  உக்காந்துக்கிட்டா ஈஸி  யா எடுத்துப்போட்டுக்கிட்டு சாப்பிடலாம் என்றதும் அவ்வாறே செய்தனர். அம்புஜத்தின் கை வண்ணத்தில் ஐட்டங்கள் கன ஜோர் . நண்பர்கள் ரசித்து உண்டனர். அக்காரஅடிசல் எப்படி செய்வது என்று சுபி யும் கௌரியும் அம்புஜத்திடம் கேட்டுக்கொண்டனர்.

 ராமசாமிக்கு வாய் மேடத்துக்கு திறமையான கை நல்ல காம்பினேஷன் என்றார் மாடசாமி . மாலை 4 மணி வரை அரட்டை அடித்து 4.30க்கு சூப்பர் காப்பி அருந்தி விடை பெற்றனர். அட்மிஷன்லாம் முடிஞ்சதும் எல்லாரும் எங்கவீட்டுக்கு வாங்க என்று சுபத்திரா அழைப்பு விடுத்தாள் . ஒரு ஞாயிறு இனிதே கழிந்தது

WHAT GOES ON IN A DARK ROOM

A dark room intended for handling photofilms and photo paperand  is maitained free from seepage of light , while it provides for in flow of fresh air and permits ‘escape of chemical fumes and exhaled breath of worker[s] inside. Dark room meant for colour printing and colour film processing is an absolute light-free zone until the lights inside are switched on. Colour emulsions are too sensitive as to suffer damage from any trace of light and photoprints that had ‘contacted’ unintended light sneaks show off red tint of blood stain along the edges and is bound to give unwanted colour casts viewed as offensive intrusion. The concept is, until processed to finality, films/ paper are held through dark ambience –as to possess only dye records that contribute to the image. So, processing of films required to confine the film to a dark container while the technician stays in convenient states of light and air. Such small chambers’ of film process confines were named ‘tanks’, that permitted flow of liquids into /out of the container through ‘light proof’ passages designed to serve as conduits for liquid movement. So, each step of the process requires contact between the film and the relavant chemicals for a specified length of time at defined temperature[s]. This ‘tank design’ helps monitoring the parameters like liquid volume, temperature and time of interaction without having to grope in the dark. Around 30-40 seconds before the ‘end’ time the liquid is drained into a container and water or chemical solution let in,  freezes the action of the previous batch of chemicals and is named ‘stop bath’. The next batch of chemicals carry the reaction forward to complete the steps in “image formation”.   ‘Image formation’ in traditional film photography can be divided into 2 forms of action –a] Physical and b] Chemical. The physical step is interaction between a sensitive surface[ film or paper] and controlled beam of light permitted to act on the surface. The play of “controlled light beam’ is mediated by camera [picture taking]  and again by ‘printing light or Enlarger’ in the dark room.  The physical act affects the light sensitive  film or paper; such ‘light-affected’ areas are chemically acted upon to form the image. That done on film is named ‘film processing’ and  the one done on paper is named ‘printing’.  The image on the film is ‘negative image’ and that transferred on to a paper or film is  POSITIVE IMAGE or Print [paper] or Transparency [film]. At this stage, a number of questions may crop up as to the length of ‘processing time’. Process schedules for films B&W / COLOUR are suggested by film manufactures and at times by manufacturers of chemical substances specifying optimum ‘handling time’ and work temperature . Accordingly adequate volume of water at defined temperature is kept ready before the start of a session. It heps to run the process in the time stipulated. Until near the final step is completed the film is kept in the light-proof box. After the steps are duly completed . the film is unwound from the spiral track and left to dry on a clothline –say in a bath room. Bath rooms being basically wet , all dusts settle down leaving the air free of suspended dust. The film left suspended in a bathroom has very low chances of picking up aerial dust and is a wee bit slow to dry; yet , ultimately reveals blemishless surface in negatives or tranparencies . Such negatives / transparencies make ideal stuff for enlargement  or projection.

கௌரி கல்யாணி இப்போது சாரதா நடத்தும் சென்டரில் நுழைந்தாள் . என்ன? என்றாள் சாரதா.ஈ மெயில் பார்க்கலாமான்னு வந்தேன் என்றாள் கௌரி . சரி பார்க்கத்தெரியுமா எனக்கேட்டாள் சாரதா . ம்ம் என்று உதட்டைப்பிதுக்கினாள் , நீ டிகிரி முடிச்சாச்சு இல்ல என்று சிரித்தாள் சாரதா . கேலி பண்ணாதீங்க மேடம் எனக்கு தெரியல்ல என்றாள் கௌரி. சீ கேலியெல்லாம் இல்ல -இப்படி ஒரு பொண்ணா னு பாக்கறேன் என்றாள் சாரதா.

இங்க உட்கார் என்று ஒரு சிஸ்டம் அருகில் அமர்த்தி , ஒரு பேப்பரை கையில் கொடுத்து step wise குறித்துக்கொள் என்றாள் சாரதா  முதலில் சிஸ்டம் open பண்ணு என்றாள் சாரதா - கௌரி விழித்தாள் . ஒண்ணும் இல்ல இந்த பட்டனை அழுத்து என்று காட்டினாள் . உடனே இஸ்ன் என்று ஒலித்தது கௌரி பயந்து போனாள் ; அப்பிடித்தான் கத்தும் நீ கண்டுக்காத . உடனே போபபைங் என்று பாடி முகம் காட்டியது இப்ப கூகுளை கிளிக் செய் என்று சாரதா வழிகாட்டினாள் . பின்னர் கூகுள் முகம் காட்டியது .பீ ல் டி ல் www gmail .com என்று அடி . அடித்ததும் மெயில் வந்தது . உனது id அடி , pass word அடி என்று சொல்லிக்கொடுத்தாள் . கௌரிக்கு ஒரு மெயில் இருந்தது

“பாம் ரிஸீவ் ட் your காண்டாக்ட் கோட் 2324 xxx 7tn USE THIS FOR REFERENCE “என்று இருந்தது அதைக்குறித்துக்கொள் , அதே mail இல் code noted thanks  என்று அடித்து reply பட்டன் க்ளிக் செய்என்றாள் சாரதா அவ்வாறே செய்தாள் mail sent என்று வந்தது.  அவ்வளவு தானா மேடம் எவ்வளவு தரணும் என்று கேட்டாள்.  இதுக்கெல்லாம் ஒண்ணும் தரவேணாம் .பெரிய மெசேஜ் அனுப்பும் போது பாத்துக்கலாம் என்றா ள் சாரதா.   நன்றிப்பெருக்குடன் எழுந்து நின்றாள் கௌரி.

"மேடம் உங்கள ஒண்ணு  கேக்கலாமா" என்றாள் கௌரி . 'சும்மா கேளு' -சாரதா  இல்ல உங்களுக்கு மேடம் நல்ல தெரிஞ்சவங்களா -ரொம்ப திட்டுவாங்களா -பயம் மா இருக்கு என்றாள் கௌரி மொத்தம் 3 கேள்வி கேட்டிருக்க பதில் பெருஸ்ஸா இருக்கும் பரவா இல்லையா ?- சாரதா.                                                                                                                                       சொல்லுங்க என்று ஆர் வம் காட்டினாள் கௌரி.

என்ன கேட்ட "அவங்களத்தெரியுமா னு தானே ? அந்த யூனிவெர்சிட்டில படிச்சுட்டு அவங்களத்தெரியலேனா எலெக்ட்ரிக் ட்ரெய் ன் ல பிச்ச எடுக்கக்கூட லாயக் கில்லாதவங்க னு அர்த்தம்.. அந்தம்மா ஒரு பயங்கர ஸ்டார் தெரியுமா ?                   சமீபத்துல G -20 கலை நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கு பாராட்டு வாங்கி இன்னிக்கு டெல்லி ல அந்தம்மா ஒரு பிரபலம் -ஆம்ம்மா என்று சுபியின் திறமைகளை சுருக்கமாக விளக்கினாள் சாரதா

-பயம் மா இருக்குன்னியே   இப்பிடி உட்கார் எந்த நேர்மையானவங்களும் கண்டிப்பு காட்டுவாங்க ஆனா நல்ல உழைச்சு சொல்லிக்கொடுப்பாங்க , நம்ப முன்னுக்கு வரணும் னு உண்மையான முயற்சி எடுப்பாங்க , சுபா மேடமும் அப்பிடித்தான் எந்த கொம்பனுக்கும் பயப்படவோ வளஞ்சுகொடுக்கவோ மாட்டாங்க. அவங்க கண்டிப்பு காட்டினா உடனே கெட்டவங்கனு சித்தரிக்க ஒரு கூட்டமே தயாரா இருக்கும் அதுல வாத்யார்களும் இருப்பாங்க  . அத்தனை பேரும் சேர்ந்து வந்தாலும் இவங்கள எதுவும் செய்ய முடியாது.. அதே சமயத்துல அவங்கள மாதிரி help பண்றவங்கள பார்க்கவே முடியாது. ரொம்ப சாதாரண மா இருந்த டிபார்ட்மென்ட் இன்னிக்கு இந்தியாவுல இவ்வளவு உயர்ந்து நேஷனல் லெவல் எக்ஸாம் எழுதி seat வாங்கற உயரத்துக்கு வந்திருக்குன்னா -சுபத்திரா மேடம் உழைப்புதான் ஆதாரம்.   இத்தனை இருந்தாலும் ரொம்ப எளிய வாழ்க்கை எல்லாருக்கும் அன்பு காட்டுவாங்க.         நான் கம்ப்யூட்டர் சயன்ஸ் ஸ்டூடன்ட் எனக்கு வழிகாட்டி இந்த நிலமைக்கு உயர்த்தினவங்க அவங்கதான். இப்பிடியெல்லாம் இந்த தொழில் ல முன்னேற முடியும் எனக்கு வழிகாட்டியது சுபா மேடம் தான் .

நீ ஏன் பயமா இருக்குனு சொல்ற ?என்று வினவினாள் சாரதா   .இல்ல எனக்கு போய் mail id ல அவங்க பேர சேத்துட்டீங்களே னு கவலையா இருக்குங்க மேடம் என கௌரி சொன்னாள். ஏண்டி ஏன் பெயரை சேர்த்த னு கேக்கமாட்டாங்க.. அப்படிக்கேட்டா , ஐயோ அந்த சாராதாதான் பண்ணிட்டானு சொல்லிடு   நான் அவங்களுக்கு பதில் சொல்லிக்கிறேன் என்றாள் சாரதா

நான் உண்மையா சொல்லட்டுமா எங்க வாய்ப்பு கிடைச்சாலும் அவங்க பெயரை உயர்த்திப்பிடிக்கணும் னு நினைக்கிற பல்லாயிரம் பேர்கள் ல நானும் ஒருத்தி . உனக்கு id செட் ஆகாம இருந்தப்ப மேடம் பெயரை சேர்த்தா உனக்கு சுலபமா முடிஞ்சுது. மேடம் பெயரை சேர்த்தா எல்லாம் நல்லா நடக்கும் னு எப்பவவுமே நம்பற வ நான் . அதே மாதிரி உனக்கு சுலபமா முடிஞ்சுது. மேலும் அந்த தெய்வத்துக்கு நான் இதைக்கூட செய்யலேன்னா நன் படிச்சத்துக்கு அர்த்தமே இல்லாம போய்டும் . நீ ஆண்டவன் புண்ணியத்துல அந்த மேடத்துகிட்ட போய் உக்காந்து கத்துக்கோ உன் வாழ்க்கைக்கே ஒரு அர்த்தம் உண்டாகும் . நான் சொல்றது இப்ப புரியாது போகப்போக மிகப்பெரிய புரிதலும் முன்னேற்றமும் உனக்கு உண்டாகும் . நிச்சயம் பெரியவங்க ஆசி இல்லாதவர்களுக்கு அது போன்ற ஆசான்கள் கிடைக்கமாட்டார்கள் என்று சொல்லி வழியும் கண்ணீரைத்துடைத்துக்கொண்டு , போய் வா என்று விடை கொடுத்தாள் சாரதா தொடரும் அன்பன்  ராமன்
