கௌரி கல்யாணி மேற்கல்வி குறித்த நடவடிக்கைகள் டெல்லியில் விரைவாகவே நடந்தேறின .ஆம் சுமார் 10 தினங்களில் ஸ்லர்ஷிப் குறித்த தெளிவான சான்றிதழ் கௌரியின் விலாசத்திற்கு வந்து சேர்ந்தது. அருமையான அடர் நீல வண்ண அட்டையில் பொன்னிற எழுத்துக்கள் EMBOSSING முறையில் அச்சிடப்பட்டு பார்ப்பதற்கே அழகும் மதிப்பும் ஒருசேர மிளிரும் வடிவமைப்பில்.

                        

MINISTRY OF DEFENCE

"Certified that the panel of experts duly constituted under section 18 A of Defence ministry scholarships for POST GRADUATE EDUCATION IN TRADITIONAL ART under the guidance and control of the said ministry, deems it fit to provide an Annual financial support [Scholarship] of a sum of        Rs 50, 000/- [Rupees Fifty Thousands only] in accordance with the proviso therein, in respect of candidates found to hold rank 1 or 2 or 3 in the National  selection screening by experts of the constituent bodies  Other criteria to be adhered to are appended as under.

APPENDIX –A

As a part of the provisions governing the scholarships pertaining to higher studies, the candidates are exempt ONLY from paying fee related to course of study including Special fee and Tuition fee .

All other fee –a] ADMISSION FEE , B] LIBRARY FEE, C] FEE ON MEDICAL CARE shall be borne by the candidate.

APPENDIX-B

Fee in respect of study trip OFFICIALLY ORGANIZED by the respective departments involve payment of expenses there of. Candidates must arrange to pay such fee on their own and the ministry does not  offer any financial support.                                                

 NOTE:    Upon being admitted to the chosen programme, the prospective holder of such scholarship is advised to open a Savings bank account on personal name [as the sole holder] on the campus of the institution to facilitate transfer of funds to your account upon receipt of account details duly endorsed by the Head of the Department, to which the candidate is admitted.

நேரடியாக சுபத்ரா விற்கு ஒரு காப்பி வந்துவிட்ட படியால் எல்லா விவரமும் தெரிந்துகொண்டாள் . அக்கௌன்ட் தொடங்க விவரம் கேட்க போன கௌரியை எதுவும் பேசாதே என்று சுபத்ரா தன வாயின் மீது கீழிருந்து மேலே தனது நீண்ட ஆள்காட்டி விரலை வைத்து எச்சரிக்கை செய்து 'வேலாயுதம்' என்று ஒரு அட்டெண்டரை அழைத்து இந்தப்பெண்ணை லைப்ரரியில உக்கார வெச்சிட்டு நீ ஓடி வா என்றாள் . கௌரிகல்யாணி என்ன ஆகுமோ என்று பயந்து நடுங்கினாள். . மீண்டும் சுபத்ரா பானு பானு என்று லைப்ரரி அஸிஸ்டன்டை அழைத்து ஒரு சாவியை கொடுத்து, அந்த 3 வது ராக்கில் 2 வது தட்டில் INDIAN TRADITIONAL ART -A  HISTORIC PERCEPTION - DEAN RYAN அகாடெமிக் பிரெஸ் மற்றும் LOOKING BACK OUR INDIAN TRADITION -S .RADHAKRISHNAN  -OXFORD PRESS REVISED VERSION -GOVT .OF INDIA -APPROVED 2022 எடுத்து கொண்டுவா , அங்க இருக்கிற பெண்ணை இங்க வரச்சொல் என்றாள் சுபத்ரா . மெல்ல பூனை மாதிரி வந்தாள் கௌரி கல்யாணி. சுபத்ரா தெரியாதது மாதிரி கீழே குனிந்து லைப்ரரி ISSUE NOTE என்ற தனது குறிப்பு புத்தகத்தில் அந்த 2  புத்தகங்களை .பெயர் குறித்துக்கொண்டிருந்தாள் .
